I love helping apartment owners in the Los Angeles South Bay and Beach Cities dream, strategize, and put themselves in a better financial and lifestyle position.

In my first years in commercial real estate, I was honored to be named Rookie of the Year, recognized for Top Sales in 2023, and included among the Top 150 Commercial Real Estate Instagram Influencers. I’m also proud to have increased CREW Los Angeles sponsorship by 61% in my first year, reflecting my commitment to relationship-driven growth and community building in the industry.

A little bit about my background: after eight years of hands-on property management in both Northern and Southern California, I transitioned into commercial real estate sales when I realized I could help more people make smarter, more empowering decisions around their real estate. My motto is simple: people over property.

In addition to investing, I have direct experience converting and remodeling multifamily apartments. With a professional background in contracts, marketing, and entrepreneurship—paired with apartment ownership—I’m well positioned not only to guide clients toward stronger returns and fewer headaches, but to genuinely empathize with them throughout the process.

I graduated from UC Berkeley, where I majored in Music and English with collegiate honors. I inherited my work ethic from my parents and developed my self-discipline from a deep desire to do things well and deliver meaningful results.

I’m married to the extraordinary muralist Dave Young Kim, and we have three children. We live in the South Bay of Los Angeles. When I’m not working, I love reading (when I can), recording parody songs, and watching Finding Your Roots.
