A little bit about my personal background: after eight years of property management in Northern & Southern California, I transitioned into selling commercial real estate when I realized I would be able to help more people achieve their personal and financial goals. My motto is: “people over property.”

In addition to investing, I have hands-on experience converting and remodeling multifamily apartments. I have a professional background in contracts, marketing, and entrepreneurship, as well as apartment ownership; I am well-positioned to not only guide you into greater returns and fewer headaches but empathize with you in the process.

I graduated from UC Berkeley, where I majored in Music and English with collegiate honors. I inherited my work ethic from my parents and developed my self-discipline from a desire to achieve the best results.
I am married to the extraordinary muralist Dave Young Kim, and we have three children. We reside in South Bay Los Angeles. I love reading (when I can), recording parody songs, and watching Finding Your Roots.
